Estimated reading: 2 minutes 833 views Monthly Leads & Monthly Clicks are the two kinds of usage limits that change between the Basic, Pro & Max Plans.Monthly Leads = Number of times a new contact was created by one of the apps active in your button. Currently, only the Contact Form & Mailing List apps create new leads within the Contact Button dashboard.Monthly Clicks = Number of times one of your enabled buttons was clicked by a website visitor during a monthly billing cycle.A few extra things to note about Monthly Clicks– We only count 1 click per 24 hours per website visitor is against your limit. So even if they click a button multiple times during a visit, it only counts once. We do still track all app clicks for analytics purposes, but this doesn’t count against your limit. – Even Annual Plans come with Monthly Click limits. If you go over your plan’s limit amount, we will automatically deactivate the button until what would have been a new monthly billing cycle start date of your plan is reached. – You can always reactivate a button by upgrading your subscription plan. Max plans have no limits, so if you are on that plan, we remove all limits and you no longer need to be worried about your button being deactivated due to a spike in visitor traffic.
