What happens when I go over a monthly plan limit?

If you don’t have a Max Plan subscription, your account comes with monthly limits for the number of clicks and form submissions you’re allowed before all of the Buttons you’ve created for a Domain Workspace are deactivated.

When we say “deactivated,” we’re referring to the temporary suspension of your Buttons’ appearance on your site. This happens when you reach a monthly limit  Regardless of your billing date, your monthly limits will reset on the first day of each month.

To re-activate your Buttons on your website, you have two options:

1) Upgrade to a higher plan to reactivate your Buttons immediately. With our Pro Plan, you’re limits increase to 1,000 clicks and 100 new leads per month. If you don’t ever want to worry about your Buttons being deactivated again, our Max Plan offers unlimited clicks and leads per month.

2) You can wait until the first day of the following month for all your limits to reset. Once midnight hits on the first day of the new month in your timezone, all of your buttons will automatically go live again without any further action required on your part.
