How to install your Contact Button on a WordPress website

You can easily add your Contact Button to website built using WordPress without the need of a developer. Simply complete the following steps to enable one of your buttons.

Step 1

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
Log in to the website you want to add your button to

Step 2

Install the Contact Button Plugin
1. A link to the WordPress plugin marketplace page can be found in the sidebar under Plugins
2. Click “Add New Plugin”
3. Search for “Contact Button”. (Note: The plugin should be one of the top results, but make sure it says “By Contact Button” somewhere in the listing, but if you don’t see it, you can always find the listing here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-button)
4. Click the Install Now button in the top right corner of the listing. Once it installs, the button will change to “Activate”. Click it again to complete the plugin installation
5. Once the plugin is activated, you will see it listed in your WordPress side bar.

Step 3

Add your Contact Button button ID
1. Click on the Contact Button text in your WordPress sidebar.
2. This will open up the plugin page that includes detailed installation instructions.
3. Follow these instructions step-by-step and then click the “Save and Verify” button on the button of the plugin page.

Step 4

Test the installation by refreshing your website.
Open a browser page to your website. If you already have it open, just refresh the page.
